Successful Credit Control Telephone Techniques
This course is a half day course and is suitable for anyone who needs to improve on their credit control techniques so they can successfully collect the money that they are owed. The aim of the course is for all individuals to communicate confidently and effectively when collecting debts. They will be able to identify different types of debtors attitudes and overcome excuses. They will be an organised and professional user of the telephone when asking for payment from their debtors.
